We manufacture our garden workshops in eighteen standard sizes ranging from 9'x12' to 18'x36'. All of our timber workshops are erected on site to your exact specifications. We also produce other sizes and shapes upon request, in most cases our timber workshops will not require planning permission.

National workshops are manufactured using the finest timber and come complete with galvanised steel fixtures and fittings, traditional full framed doors, perspex windows and exquisite blue tinted roof lights.

Workshops Specifications
All timbers used to manufacture our workshops apart from OS board, are Tanalised C.C treated.
Framing: 2"x4" (50x100mm) prepared CLS framing set @ 24" (600mm) centres.
Internal Lining: All internal walls are lined with Sisalkraft bitumen lining paper.
Cladding: 6" (150mm) shiplap cladding from selected timber.
Roof Timbers: (Purlins) 2"x4" (50x100mm) prepared CLS purlins set @24" (600mm) centres.
Roof Lining: 1/2" (12mm) oriented strand board (OSB) roof lining.
Roof: Black Onduline roofing.
Light: Two blue tinted roof lights 39"x78" (1x2m) are fitted per unit or 2 no. 2'x2'(600x600mm) fixed perspex windows.
Door: Traditional full framed ledge and braced, shiplap clad, ply lined, fitted with 24" heavy tee hinges, 8" shoot bolt and 4" cabin hook. All fixtures and fittings are galvanised.
Rainwater Protector: uPVC fitted behind the cladding which overhangs the course bricks, preventing rainwater penetrating between the sole plate and brickwork.
Gutters: 4"(100mm) black half round gutters and down pipe fitted to both sides.
Gable Ends: All gable ends are fitted with barge boards and points.
Bolting Down: 1/2" (12mm) Hilti plated steel para bolts fixing building to base (2 per 12' wall)
Height: 7'4" (2.23m) eaves height when erected on a single course of holed engineering bricks. Height to ridge 9'4" (2.84m) on units up to 16' wide (4.8m), 10'4" (3.15m) on units 18' wide (5.4).
Corner Bracing: Diagonal bracing to all external corners.
