The Pricegrab Stable Range Specification
Height - Height to eaves 7’4”(2235mm), overall height to ridge 9’4”(2845mm)
Framing - 2”(50mm) x 3”(75mm) Nominal prepared selected CLS framing, tanalised treated spaced at 23”(590mm) centres.
Cladding - 6”(150mm) Shiplap from selected timber, tanalised treated.
Stable Door - Lower stable door only (top door available on request) 52” (1320mm) high x 48” (1220mm) wide x 11/2” (38mm) thick. Top of door is fitted with anti-chew strip and includes 24” (600mm) galvanised adjustable hook and band hinges, shoot bolt, kickover latch and door keep. All door material is tanalised treated.
Roof Cladding - Onduline. Black in colour corrugated sheets fixed to purlins with annular capped fixings.
Roof Purlins - 2”(50mm) x 4”(125mm) Nominal prepared selected CLS purlins, tanalised treated, spaced at 23”(590mm) centres held into position with galvanised steel joist hangers which are fitted to 2”(50mm) x 3”(75mm) prefabricated timber apex frames.
Roof Lights - Translucent roof sheets 2m x 1m fitted to all Loose boxes, Corner Units and Tack Rooms.
Canopies - Canopies (overhang) extend to 4’ (1200mm) with diagonal bracking fixed into apex for extra strength.
Kickboards - 1/2” (12mm) OS Board is fitted to 4’ (1200mm) on main framing, horizontal stud work inserted between framing prevents objects falling behind.
Tack Room Security - All tack room dividing walls (stable side only) are fully lined to ridge with 1/2”(12mm) OS Board for extra security.
Ventilation - Two louvred ventilators are fitted to each gable end to increase air flow.
Bolting Down - 1/2” (12mm) Hilti® plated para bolts are used to bolt the building to your base (2 per 12’ wall).
Rainwater Skirt - uPVC skirt is fitted behind the cladding which overhangs the brick course preventing rainwater penetrating to the stable floor.
