High Quality Timber Garages
Our timber garages are built to the same exacting standards as all of our buildings. We have 15 standard timber garages ranging from 10'x18' to 18'x36', other bespoke garage sizes are available upon request. Our range of timber garages can also be combined with our home offices, workshops, barns, garden rooms and equestrian buildings.

National garages are ideal for cars, boats and motorbikes and in most cases do not require planning permission. Our timber garage range between the sizes of 10'x18' and 16'x36' come complete with 1 set of timber double doors, the larger timber garages include 2 sets of timber double doors as standard.

All of our wooden garages come with galvanised steel fixtures and fittings, traditional full framed timber doors, blue tinted roof lights with perspex windows and black onduline roofing. All the timber used on our buildings is of the highest quality.

Our timber garages are erected on site to meet your exact specifications. We offer a superior service from the planning and design stages to completion.
Garage Specifications
All timbers used to manufacture our garages apart from OS board, are Tanalised C.C treated.
Framing: 2"x4" (50x100mm) prepared CLS framing set @ 24" (600mm) centres.
Internal Lining: All internal walls are lined with Sisalkraft bitumen lining paper.
Cladding: 6" (150mm) shiplap cladding from selected timber.
Roof Timbers: (Purlins) 2"x5" (50x125mm) prepared CLS purlins set @ 24" (600mm) centres.
Roof Lining: 1/2" (12mm) oriented strand board (OSB) roof lining.
Garage Roof: Black Onduline roofing.

Light: Two blue tinted roof lights 39"x78" (1x2m) are fitted per unit or 2 no. 2'x2' (600x600mm) fixed perspex windows.
Ventilation: Two louvre ventilators fitted to gable ends (4 per garages).
Garage Door: Traditional full framed ledge and braced, shiplap clad and ply lined, fitted with 24" heavy tee hinges, 8" shoot bolt and internal drop bolt. All fixtures and fittings are galvanished.
Rainwater Protector: uPVC fitted behind the cladding which overhangs the course bricks, preventing rainwater penetrating between the sole plate and brickwork.
Gutters: 4"(100mm) black half round gutters and down pipe fitted to both sides.
Gable Ends: Gable ends are fitted with barge boards and points.
Bolting Down: 1/2" (12mm) Hilti plated steel para bolts fixing building to base (2 per 12' wall)
Height: 7'4" (2.23m) eaves height when erected on a single course of holed engineering bricks. Height to ridge 9'4" (2.84m) on units up to 16' wide (4.8m), 10'4" (3.15m) on units 18' wide (5.4m).
Corner Bracing: Diagonal bracing to all external corners.
Standard Sizes: 10'x18', 10x24', 10'x30', 12'x18', 12'x24', 12'x30', 12'x36', 16'x18', 16'x24', 16'x30', 16'x36', 18'x18', 18'x24', 18'x30' and 18'x36'.
